Recruitment, done differently

Network Engineers help organisations stay agile, secure, and connected in a digital-first world. As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting real-world network solutions. You’ll play a vital role in keeping systems online and businesses running smoothly. And what makes this even better? You don’t need to have a background in tech – we’re looking for potential, not perfection.

We’re looking for women who are

• Curious, proactive and ready to learn
• Excited by problem-solving and working with technology
• New to tech or looking to return after a career break
• Interested in long-term career growth in the digital space

If that sounds like you, then all you need to do is take our short skills assessment (that’s right, no CVs here!) and consider your application made. It’s not a test, it’s a simple way for us to understand your strengths and interests, and make sure this opportunity is the right fit for you.

Higher level clearance eligibility will be required for this role.

What you'll get

Foundational training in relevant networking technologies

Real-world, paid experience in a frontline support role

Tailored mentoring and coaching from women already in tech

A supportive community of peers making the leap into tech careers with you

A pathway into a permanent role at Fujitsu, landing with all the skills you need
